“How long will my order take to arrive?”

Please allow for handmade/personalised items to be shipped within 2-3 days.

Delivery

UK- 3-5 working days (standard)

Europe- 5-7 working days

USA and Canada 6-10 working days

Rest of the world up to 6-10 working days

COVDI-19 Update (6th Feb 2021): We thank you for your patience should there be a delay in delivery in a rare occasion when we have an increase in orders. We will do our very best to keep you informed and get your order delivered to you ASAP.

Customers are responsible for entering their correct delivery address, we will not accept any liability for non-delivery if mistyped/wrong or old addresses entered during the order process.

“I have not received my order, what happens next?”

In the event that something goes wrong and you haven’t received something within the time frames specified, please contact us via email at info@dreamsandpurpose.com. We will work with you to establish the problem and deal with your enquiry as a matter of urgency.

 ”I have pre-ordered a product, but it hasn’t arrived yet”

Although we try our very best to provide accurate information about timescales, it is not possible to guarantee a specific delivery date for products that are pre-ordered. Any dates stated will be approximate, however we will always do everything we can to ensure that the product gets to you as fast as possible.
